Return and Exchange Conditions

Don't worry! We know, sometimes things don't go as planned.

We always stand behind our products. You can return or exchange your product within 90 days from the date of receipt. Our Return and Exchange Conditions are listed below.

Returns and exchanges for orders sent within Türkiye

You can return the products you have purchased from and our telephone order line after receiving them, or you can request a change in color, size and the same product. The legal period for the return and exchange of products is 14 days, but as a HOX'S Customer, from the date of delivery, provided that the product you purchased from and our telephone order line has not lost its resaleable feature (in compliance with the returnable conditions listed under "Return Conditions"). You can return or replace it with your invoice within a total of 90 days.

Return Policy

You can return your unused, undamaged and uncut inner/outer labels within 90 days that you have purchased from and our telephone order line.

Due to hygiene conditions, underwear products are not refundable.

Cosmetics and personal care products can be returned within 90 days if their packaging / protective tape has not been opened, damaged, unused, untested and the expiration date has not passed due to hygiene rules.

The product to be returned must be returned with the received transparent protection bag and its original package/box, with the product label not torn off or the hygiene tapes removed. Product must be returned as received delivery.

The product to be returned must be sent with all its standard accessories.

Promotional/campaign products given as gifts must also be sent with their original packaging.

Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them.

Damaged products that are not recorded are not refundable.

Products prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer are not refundable.

In order for the product to be returned, the invoice (all copies of the invoice) must be sent along with it. Returns of products that have lost their resaleability feature and cannot be sold to another customer are not accepted and the price is not refunded.

Please deliver the product with your invoice to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo office and send it to our return address below free of charge.

How Will I Get My Payment Back?

After the returned products reach us, they are inspected in the order of processing following the acceptance of the products. Your return amount will be paid to you within 10 working days after we receive your returned products. The refund of your return will be refunded according to the payment method (cash/instalments) you made when ordering on our site. Since the returns are made by automatic systems, the refund results according to the payment type of the order you have created in the system. If the installment payment method is used in the orders, the return is in installments; If the cash payment method is used, the refund is refunded to the card in advance.
