[Production Note] This product was expertly produced at Hoxs Production Facilities in Istanbul, with standards that meet the definitions of Premium Quality and Luxury, with a zero-defect approach in materials, stitching and joints, was carefully quality controlled and packaged with great care. 120 count - 150 dtex, high quality tone tone sewing thread was used in all stitches. Their form was maintained by using a hard interlining on the collar and sleeve cuffs. To avoid deformities and dirty stitching in the ruffle details, a double-layered structure was created and a small-step stitching technique was applied to create a smooth wave effect. In this way, a real ruffle appearance was achieved and the elegant look the designer wanted was achieved. A smooth appearance was achieved by applying a neat folding technique to the hem ends. All buttons were stitched with lock stitches to prevent them from being removed easily. A spare button has been added to the washing instructions.

What is your return policy?

We provide a 90-day money-back guarantee for products purchased from hoxs.com. In order for the return request to be approved, the product must be unused, unmodified, unwashed, stain-free and odorless (perfume, cigarette smoke, sweat, etc.), its inner and outer labels must not be removed or disassembled, and it must be carefully packaged and delivered to us in its original packaging. Return or exchange requests for products that do not fully meet all of these conditions will not be accepted, as they will have lost their resaleability.

The invoice for the product must be sent along with the product to be returned. Return requests for products without an invoice are not accepted.

The returned product is sent to our company free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo. In order to benefit from free shipping, it is sufficient to deliver the package to our return address with the cargo company we have a contract with. For returns sent via different cargo companies, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer. Cargos sent to our company by different cargo companies with buyer payment are not accepted.

How long does it take to get a refund?

The refund is made to the credit card/debit card or bank account to which the payment was made, within 10 business days at the latest following the approval of the refund request. The refund amount is the exact amount, including VAT, paid for the purchase of the product.
