What is your return policy?
We provide a 90-day money-back guarantee for products purchased from hoxs.com. In order for the return request to be approved, the product must be unused, unmodified, unwashed, stain-free and odorless (perfume, cigarette smoke, sweat, etc.), its inner and outer labels must not be removed or disassembled, and it must be carefully packaged and delivered to us in its original packaging. Return or exchange requests for products that do not fully meet all of these conditions will not be accepted, as they will have lost their resaleability.
The invoice for the product must be sent along with the product to be returned. Return requests for products without an invoice are not accepted.
The returned product is sent to our company free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo. In order to benefit from free shipping, it is sufficient to deliver the package to our return address with the cargo company we have a contract with. For returns sent via different cargo companies, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer. Cargos sent to our company by different cargo companies with buyer payment are not accepted.
How will I deliver my product to you?

How long does it take for my product to be reviewed?
After we receive the product, the review is completed within 3 business days at the latest, and the customer is informed in detail about the review result via e-mail. Products whose return request is not approved are sent back to the customer via Yurtiçi Kargo at buyer's expense.
How long does it take to get a refund?
The refund is made to the credit card/debit card or bank account to which the payment was made, within 10 business days at the latest following the approval of the refund request. The refund amount is the exact amount, including VAT, paid for the purchase of the product. Our company will not make any deductions under any name, and overpayment requests from the customer under any name will not be accepted.
Can I change the product I purchased?
The product purchased from hoxs.com can be replaced with a different color of the same model, a different size or a completely different product within 90 days. Product exchange requests are evaluated within the scope of the Return Policy detailed above. In the exchange process, the amount paid for the product, including VAT, is valid. In case of color and size change requests, our company will not charge an additional fee even if the price of the purchased product increases, and if the price of the product decreases, the customer cannot request a difference fee. In exchange transactions, if the requested product is cheaper than the returned product, a refund will be made. If the requested item is more expensive than the returned item, a difference fee will be charged.
