In order for the return request to be approved, the product must be unused, unmodified, unwashed, stain-free and odorless (perfume, cigarette smoke, sweat, etc.), its inner and outer labels must not be removed or disassembled, and it must be carefully packaged and delivered to us in its original packaging. Return or exchange requests for products that do not fully meet all of these conditions will not be accepted, as they will have lost their resaleability.

How long does it take for my product to be reviewed?
After we receive the product, the review is completed within 3 business days at the latest, and the customer is informed in detail about the review result via e-mail. Products whose return request is not approved are sent back to the customer via Yurtiçi Kargo at buyer's expense.
How long does it take to get a refund?
The refund is made to the credit card/debit card or bank account to which the payment was made, within 10 business days at the latest following the approval of the refund request.
