This Cookie Policy has been prepared by KRGL Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("HOX'S" or "the Company") as the data controller, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and related legislation.

This Policy explains for what purposes the data obtained through cookies and similar technologies used on the website www.hoxs.com ("the Site") are processed, the types of cookies used, and how you can manage your preferences. HOX'S does not have a mobile application.

3. What are cookies?

Service providers may update cookie names and durations due to technical requirements. In such cases, the Policy will be updated to reflect the actual usage on the Site.

6. Service Providers Used

For the operation and measurement of the Site, primarily Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads/YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Judge.me, Shopify Forms, and WhatsApp support tools are utilized. Those of these services that are for analytical, personalization, or marketing purposes will only be activated in regions where cookie consent is required, after the relevant preference has been given.

7. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

Personal data obtained through cookies may be processed for the following purposes:

  • To ensure the secure, uninterrupted, and proper functioning of the Site,
  • To manage cart, payment, session, language, and region preferences,
  • To measure Site traffic, performance, and user interactions,
  • To detect errors and misuse,
  • To carry out personalization, ad measurement, and remarketing activities with your explicit consent.

For necessary cookies, the processing is based on the conditions of contract establishment or performance, legal obligation, and legitimate interest as set forth in Article 5 of the KVKK; for personalization, analytical, and marketing cookies, it is based on explicit consent.

8. Transfer of Personal Data

Data processed through cookies may be transferred to domestic or international service providers, limited to the nature of the service, for the purposes of hosting, securing, measuring, customer support, and running advertising services on the Site.

Data transfer abroad is carried out under the conditions and appropriate safeguards stipulated in Article 9 of the KVKK; based on your explicit consent where necessary, and by implementing the required technical/administrative measures. If you reject non-essential cookies, no transfers associated with these cookies will occur; however, technical measurement signals that do not use cookies or are aggregated may be processed to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

When you first visit the Site, you can individually accept or reject personalization, analytical, and marketing cookies from the presented cookie panel. Necessary cookies cannot be disabled as they are essential for the operation of the Site.
