Questions About Shipping and Delivery

We ship our products via HepsiJet and Yurtiçi Kargo.
You can track the status of your orders from the "Cargo Tracking" screen or the "MY ACCOUNT/ORDER DETAIL" screen at the bottom of our website.
Orders are delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days after payment is made. In order to provide our customers with the best delivery experience, we send our products via HepsiJet and Yurtiçi Kargo. However, the cargo process is beyond our control and there are many factors that affect this process periodically. Additionally, delivery time varies depending on your city and district. For reasons we think you understand, we cannot make you a time commitment. On the other hand, this information may be useful for you: Istanbul deliveries are generally delivered 1 day after we deliver the cargo, deliveries to Istanbul's neighboring provinces are delivered 2 days later, and more distant regions are delivered 3-5 days later.
If your order is in the "preparing" stage, you can change the recipient and address by contacting us. Address changes cannot be made for orders delivered to cargo.

Return Questions

According to Article 9 of the Regulation on Distance Sales, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. However, this period has been increased to 90 days so that our hoxs.com internet sales customers can shop with peace of mind.
